Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are ineligible.

2. Prize includes: return flights from your city (Johannesburg / Cape Town or Port Elizabeth only) to Durban, return airport to harbour transfers, 3 nights Portuguese Island Cruise in a Ocean view cabin, all onboard meals and entertainment, comprehensive travel insurance and port charges. Cruise based on 4 people sharing. Bookings must be made by 20 May 2009 for departure November in 2009.

3. Competition open to South African residents and excludes employees of Starlight Cruises, Student Flights and associated companies.

4. To be eligible for one entry in the random prize draw, entrant must supply us name & email address of 2 friends. Entrants can earn additional entries in the random draw prize by submitting  further names & email addresses.

5. One winner will be drawn randomly from entries received via the Cruise with 3 mates online promotion. The winner will be drawn on 28 April 2009 at Flight Centre (Pty) Ltd Head Office, 299 Pendoring Road, Blackheath, Johannesburg. The judge's decision is final. The winner will be notified by 4 May 2009 via phone and email and the winner's name will be published at www.studentflights.co.za

6. No trade or bulk entries are accepted.

7. By entering the competition entrants are agreeing to join the Student Flights e-newsletter mailing lists.

8. Prize is subject to availability, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is not transferable.

9. Visas, passports, drinks, any additional meals not included in the accommodation package, spending money and all other ancillary costs are at the expense of the winner.

10. Bookings are subject to booking conditions, which can we viewed on www.studentflights.co.za .Your prize booking is subject to cancellation fees as per the normal conditions as well as any airline cancellation fees (if applicable).

11. Winner may be required to participate in PR activity related to the competition.

12. The promotion commences on 27th of February 2009. All entries must be received by 12pm on 20 April 2009 to be included in the draw.

13. If prize is unclaimed a redraw will take place on the 5 May 2009.
