Competition Terms & Conditions

• Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are ineligible.

• Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.

• This competition is open to South African residents over the age of 18 years, and excludes employees of Flight Centre Limited, agencies, prize   sponsors and associated companies.

• Winners use and accept prizes at their own risk.

• Flight Centre Ltd and the prize sponsors reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control and shall not be liable in anyway whatsoever to entrants in such event for any cause or action whatsoever.

 • Prizes include:

1st prize: trip for 2 adults – return economy class flights from JHB to Singapore departing JHB on the 25th Sept 2008, 3 nights 3* Hotel accommodation in a twin room, breakfast daily, return circuit transfers, Grand stand tickets for the Saturday and Sunday, half day tour of Singapore and airport taxes.

2nd prize: 2 x return economy class flight tickets from JHB to Zanzibar including SA airport taxes.

Other prizes: R5000 worth of Flight Centre Gift cards.

• Entrants can earn additional entries in the random draw prize by submitting a further 3 names & email addresses.

• One winner will be drawn randomly from entries received. The winner will be drawn on 4th April 2008 at Flight Centre (Pty) Ltd Head Office, Level 3, Heathway Square, Beyers Naude Drive, Blackheath. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by 7th April 2008 via phone and email and the winner's name will be published at www.flightcentre.co.za

• No trade or bulk entries are accepted.

• By entering the competition entrants agree to join the Flight Centre e-newsletter mailing list.

• Prizes are not transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, are not negotiable and are subject to availability.

• Visas, passports, spending money and anything not included in prize, and all other ancillary costs are at the expense of the winner.

• Bookings are subject to booking conditions, which can we viewed on www.flightcentre.co.za. Your prize booking is subject to cancellation fees as per the normal conditions as well as any airline cancellation fees (if applicable).

• Winner may be required to participate in PR activity related to the competition.

• The promotion commences on Friday 22nd February 2008. All entries must be received by 12pm on 31st March 2008 2007 to be included in the draw.

• Flight Centre Ltd reserves the right to alter rules or prizes at their own discretion

• Flight Centre Ltd will make every reasonable effort to deliver the prize described in the promotion's publicity, but cannot accept responsibility if the prize differs in whole of part from that advertised. Similarly, prize values quoted may differ from the actual value of the prize.

• Prizes not collected/claimed within 2 months of being won will be disposed of at Flight Centre Ltd discretion. The promoter is Flight Centre SA (Pty) Ltd, Level 3, Heathway Square, Beyers Naude Drive, Blackheath. Enterprise No. 1994/000253/07 .The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
